Can't authorize my eReader (Kobo)

I can see and read the book I bought in ADE at my laptop. I also see the Kobo eReader in the left side of ADE. I try to pull the book to the ereader and get the message: CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED

I tried to authorize the eREader, but can't open the link.

What can I do to read the book also on the eReader, nut just at the laptop?
