Can't authorize my PC

When trying to authorise my PC I always get the message that my username and/or password are incorrect
Even when I know for 100% they are. I tried to remov eall accounts I had with Adobe and made a new one with a complete new e-mailadress. Same result. There is no authorisation running as far as I know. 
Anybody who has the solution?

    I had the same problem. Also createt an new account to be sure. It Says "invalid Password or User ID". Woud be glad if anybody can help. Contact with Support via Chat leads to no solution....

    It took me some time to find the solution here in this forum.
    The Adobe-password should not contain any special sign (!, *, @, €, etc.)
    I changed my € to an e in my password and everything went well.
