Can't change my email

I can access my account but it never fully loads. The little circle just keeps going. I tried chat and the person suggested I use a different search engine so I downloaded Chrome. No luck. I have also tried on my phone and tablet (Galaxy tab). Any answers? If I don't change the email, I won't get email messages when a book I have requested from my library becomes available.

Can you please be more precise about what your were doing at the time?

Was this the signin page at Adobe.com?
