Can't connect my Kobo to ADE (Mac)

Hi, I have a problem connecting my Kobo to ADE on my Mac.

My Mac recognises the Kobo but, when I open ADE, no devices appears, and I didin't find a way to add it.

In this way I can't transfer my ebook from Mac to Kobo.

Any help please??

Thank you so much

One of the forum users has provided me with the solution:
Go to Mac - System Settings - Privacy & Security - Files and Folders - Adobe Digital Editions and switch on the Removable Volumes option
ADE immediately recognised my Kobo as a device, and I have managed to transfer a library ebook to it without further problems.

I have been dealing with this all day with no luck. Tried this and still nothing.

I am having the same issue. I have a Kobo Clara HD and ADE used to immediately recognise it and display it as a device. However, it no longer recognises my Kobo as a device, even though it is showing on my desktop. I found an Adobe webpage that lists the compatible devices - there are a few Kobo ereaders listed, but not the Clara HD. I have tried everything I can think of, including doing a factory reset of the Kobo, but no luck. Kobo gave me some complicated instructions about deleting the ADE folders on my Mac, but I am now thinking this is an ADE issue rather than a Kobo issue.
