Can't De-Authorise Account

Hi everyone,

 

I'm hoping someone can help shed some light on this.

 

I recently instlalled ADE for the first time, and it has auto-signed in under a very old and since disabled email address.

 

I am unable to de-authorise this account and change the authorised email address to my current email address.

 

Can anyone help? I have tried the Cmd+Shift+D method and can't progress any further as it's showing the disable email as the only authorised user.

    SOLVED.

     

    Pt 1 - See Post titled "Can't Erase Authorization in ADE" 2016 May 09

     

    Pt 2 - Find any other instances of folders titled "digitaleditions". I found a copy in the documents folder, which was what was preventing all login data being deleted.

     

    No thanks to Adobe help team on this.
