Can't download Adobe Digital Editions

I choose the Windows platform and install it, then I click Download for Digital Editions- it refers me to a Microsoft site to download - which I do- then I retry downloading Digital Editions and just start the whole cycle again! Nothing appears in my Adobe order history and I've run out of ideas- Help!

I have the same problem but changing browser do not help, ive tried explorer, chrome, and firefox.
