Can't Download Ebook - ERROR MESSAGE

When I am trying to download an ebook through the ACSM file, the following error message comes: "Error getting a license.license ServerCommunication problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULLFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER" .

How to solve this problem?

Please help me!
