Can't download my book on my Mac

Just bought a book on my computer that downloaded perfectly well on my Iphone...

But it won't download on my Mac.

On top of that, many of my previous books say "missing".

I can't erase the authorization going through Ctrl + Shift + D as was suggested.

What do I do?

Closed Digital Edition.
Rename the My digital Edition folder under your Documents

Open Digital Edition again.

Check if have authorize the programm with the same ID.

And now try to open the eBook.

How do I check that I authorized both with the same ID?

I did have 2 folders. I changed the name of one and then had no books in my application.
