Can't find ADE

My public library switched to Cloud. I can choose available books and download in Epub format but they are not going into my Adobe Digital Editions. I need this to happen so I can changes the format to Mobi for my kindle reader. My library was using Libby and that worked but now with cloud not happening. I can read these books on the  computer I used to access them but need to get them to ADE.

    Do you still get the message on your library page asking you if ADE is installed on your computer? I confirm that it is but the ebook never gets to ADE.

    No I do not get that message.
