Can't find instructions to deactivate

Where do I go to deactivate, uninstall, so I can try to start over? Or do I need to deactivate before uninstalling for Adobe Digital Editions?

When you reinstall the software the activation are still in the system. To Deactivate the software you should start the program, click [strg+shift+d] and you was ask for deactivate the software and must accept this
