Can't get an ebook...

OK, I have been trying since January 16 to get your software to work to open a book from BAM...

I received no email stating that you were calling me this monrinrg.  NO CALL.

I need to TALK to someone and get this straightened out.  I see now why there were ONE star ratings for your product.
