Can't get authorization for ADE on laptop

It either give me an error that says connection error while connection is on or it say please wait for authorization but this goes on for a whole day. I'm using adobe DE 2.0 that was downloaded from Adobe. Person from Live Chat refers me to the experts. Can you please help?

    I solved it by installing Adobe Flash. I realise how ridiculous it sound. I was desperate.
