can't log in

First time ever using ADE to get some books on my Vivlio e-reader.

I'm positive my ID and password is correct (otherwise i wouldn't be able to log in and post this). But it keeps saying my ID or password is incorrect.

 

I've tried support, and they were nog able to help. Has anyone else had this problem before?Maybe helpfull: the books are bought from bol.com and from local shops, so i can't choose another eBook vendor beside Adobe. I would like to read them on my e-reader so i don't think i can do that anonymous thing? But i'm not sure about that...

Adobe account has 2step verification but i think that won't play a part as i wasn't able to log in on ADE before i had that.
