Can't open an Ebook in Windows Digital Edition

I can't open an ebook I just downloaded today.  I installed Digital Editions for PC earlier this morning and have successfully authorized the computer.

I am using Windows 7 Professional.

I get the following error:

I can open the "Getting Started with Digital Editions" ebook that came with the Digital Editions download.
