Can't open books, Digital Editions freeze up

Hi,

We're having issues with opening e-books in Adobe Digital Editions. When you try to open them the whole program just freeze and never really gets anywhere from there. The 'Getting Started with Adobe Digital Editions' opens up fine but the other ones won't work at all.

Anyone who knows what could be the issue here? Any tips are greatly appreciated.
