Can't open Digital Editions or ePUB books on new computer with Windows 10

'Installed DIgital Editions 4.5 on new computer and it won't open. Tried troubleshooting but didn't help. Can't open any ePUB books and don't see anything about an upgrade to make it compatible with Windows 10. Anything I can do??
