Can't open downloaded books

When I try to open downloaded books from NetGalley, I get the following error message: Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED. Can anybody help me with this, please? Thank you very much.

Try re-downloading the ACSM file again and open it. If you face the problem again, please check with NetGallery, whether the setting in their ACS server for the book reading permission expired.
