can't open previously purchased ebook in ADE

I purchased an ebook back in 2011, I update to windows 7..entering my Adobe ID & Password, I get message to authorize computer which I had been done in the pass..still says I need vendor ID to open HIIT's 100 by Jim Stoppani...
