Can't open single use eBook - vendor account not associated with item

Hi,

I contributed to a textbook and was given a single use eBook copy of it as thanks. I read part of it previously, and have just gone back to read more but I get the error that my account is not associated with the item. This is the only account I have. Is there a way to re-link the item and my account?
