Can't open single use eBook - vendor account not associated with item

Hi,

I contributed to a textbook and was given a single use eBook copy of it as thanks. I read part of it previously, and have just gone back to read more but I get the error that my account is not associated with the item. This is the only account I have. Is there a way to re-link the item and my account?

No its exist no way to relink the ebook. If you get the error message and you have no other adobe id has you read the eBook before without a account.

I'm not sure I understand. I have read the book in the past, using my only Adobe ID. All that has changed is that I have reinstalled windows, but I'm still using the same ID.
