Can't print

I bought this book not knowing I was going to have to go through this circus and now that I have got my job to approve downloading this reader I can't print. Someone please help me. This is needed for my job and I have to get it done.

    Not all eBooks could print.
    Open Digital Edition.

    Right Click on the eBook.

    Choose "Media"-Info.

    Check if is print allowed.
