Can't read nor install book on my Kobo (CE_FAILED_TO_ADD_TARGET_LIBRARY)

I am trying to read a book with Adobe DRM on my Kobo, but I get an error message that tells me that my device is not authorized. This is not true: I have authorized my device and I have even read this very book on the same device in the past. So, I deleted the book from my Kobo and then I tried to re-install it. Now it won't let me move the book from Adobe Digital Editions to my Kobo device! I get an error message: CE_FAILED_TO_ADD_TARGET_LIBRARY

What can I do?
