Can't read the book

Question

Hi, I am having problems in reading my book. I have it already in my computer, I try downloading it to my iPad but when I select it this message appears : this book is licenced to another Adobe ID. And of course it asks me for another ID but I don't have it, or don't know it. Please, help me! Thank you so much

I assume you are able to read the book using ADE on the computer?

If you go to ADE on the computer and type ctrl-shift-I (menu/Help/Authorization Information) it will tell you which account the computer is authorized to.

Authorize the app on the iPad with the same account.

If you can read the book on the computer, but the computer shows it is not yet authorized,

DO NOT AUTHORIZE IT RIGHT NOW but post back.
