Can't run ADE, splash windows is freezed and If I uninstall I loose the opportunity to open my books

Hi All, 

digital editions has trouble with WIN11, I try to run it (also like admin) but nothing happen.

The troble is that if I loose this installation, I loose also the possibility of reading my books. Too many activations, it seems and I cannot deactivate any of the old one because the devices died.

Is some kind soul able to give suggestions or instruction to solve this trouble?
