Can't sign in to Adobe Digital Editions on Nook

I am trying to sign in to Adobe Digital Editions using my Nook Android device using a mobile hotspot to connect to the internet. Each time I try to sign in I get the error message E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED. I was told to reset my password. I reset my password, and continue to get this error message. I am posting this in the hopes someone knows what's going on and can tell me how to resolve this issue. Adobe does not provide chat support for Adobe Digital Editions.
