Can't transfer an ebook to my Tolino Shine 5 from Adobe Digital Editions

Question

Dear ADE Community, I have a new Tolino Shine 5 and trying to transfer an eBook to it with ADE.

What I did:
1) Download eBook from Overdrive in acsm format

2) add to library in ADE
3) logged into my Adobe account (got success message)

4) right click on ebook and transfer to eReader

5) get message code E_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS.

Can someone please help me from there?

I edited an bought ebook, that was secured with drm into an epub file. I was'nt able to open it on my tolino shine 5. It only showed me the first page. On my older tolino, it was no problem at all to open the file.

What can I do to solve the problem and open the file on my new tolino? Thanks for your help!
