Can't transfer ebook to Kobo

So I bought a book from Google Play, downloaded ADE and first authorized computer by mistake without Adobe ID. Then I understood I need an adobe ID, so I activated that but now I can't copy the book to Kobo because it is bound to the device instead of the account.

What is the solution for this? I am getting annoyed enough at this point to just request a refund. This is crazy.
