Can't transfer ebook to KoboGlo

Hi I've downloaded ADE, have an Adobe ID, authorized my computer, downloaded an ebook BUT I get an error message saying I cannot copy/transfer the ebook to my Kobo Glo. I am stumped. Hope someone has an answer, Thanks!
