Can’t verify

Hi. I can't verify digital edition on my Mac. 
i had ADE for a year ago, and then unistalled it. Now when i try to verify vers. 4.5 it says it can't connect to the server. I should check my connection. It's nothing wrong. I checked at your site if i am connected to the server, and i am, i can see the two Adobe icons at the page. 
so, what is wrong??
