Can the UK Digital Editions support an Australian-bought eTextbook?

Hi, i am an Australian uni student living in scotland. My textbook I need is from an Australian website: https://store.lexisnexis.com.au/.

I want to know if i buy this textbook from an Australian site can i view it here on the UK adobe platform?
