Can you bring back PS Touch?

PS touch was an app many people used. All of them had positive feedback. Adobe needs to bring back PS Touch, because some people (like myself) were going to invest in the app. I realized it was deleted and honestly felt no reason it should've been deleted. Please bring PS Touch back into the AppStore. It is a wonderful app that lets people edit pictures very nicely.
