Cannot access book even after de-authorizing and re-authorizing PC

Getting "License Server Communication Problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER". Chat support said to try de-authorizing and then re-authorizing device. Didn't work so they said to post here.

Help! I just want to read my book!
