Cannot access books downloaded with old ID

Hi I had an ID since 2012, bought and downloaded books with it.

Then I moved and my E-Mail changed. I bought new books, but couldn't remember my old password, and my old email was long deleted. So I created a new ID, but I cannot read the old books with it anymore. It says DRM protected. And when I go to the shop to download them again with my new ID, it says E_LIC_ALREADY_FULLFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

How can I read  my books again?
