Cannot access document

The error message say that adobe id are not authorize with other Adobe ID. Either you opened the book without authorization or you had a different Adobe ID deposited on the open.

j'ai acheté et téléchargé un livre en format "acSm" sur mon poste de travail au bureau. Je n'y retourne que lundi et je dois travailler avec ce livre. Résultat, je ne peux pas l'ouvrir chez moi. Pouvez-vous supprimer toutes les uitilisations relatives à ce livre dans adobe editions que je puisse travailler. je peux fournir les preuves d'achat. c'est URGENT. It's a real EMERGENCY
