Cannot authorize a computer - CiscoPress VendorID missing

Hello,

I need to authorize a new computer in digital editions to be able to access the eBooks I bought a few years ago from Cisco Press.

I am using DigitalEditions 4.5 on MACOS High Sierra.

When I navigate to "Help --> Authorize Computer" I cannot find CiscoPress in the list of VendorIDs.

Can anyone help please?
