cannot browse through the ebook.

Hi,

Next page, Prev Page and Scroll bar doesn't work. It just hangs on a single page...

O.S: Windows 7

    Hello, I have the same problem. It just hangs on a single page. It' impossible to browse through the ebook. I have Windows 10. Can some one help? Thanks!

    Is this happens with a particular book or any book?

    for all books, even the getting started document

    To be more precise, the scroll bar moves but the page view doesn't change until I exit to the library and return back. Then it shows the new page.

    Please try below methods to solve your problem.

    1. Try re-installing ADE
    2. Try clearing the ADE preference

    How to clear preference of ADE?

    1. Quit ADE
    2. Please take backup of the "My Digital Editions Folder" in "C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Documents".
    3. After taking backup delete the folder.
    4. Delete, HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adept in the registry. (Type "regedit" in Run to open the Registry Editor).
    5. Launch ADE
