Cannot complete download on ebooks from DawsoneEra

Hi there

Apologies, would have normally contacted the company but they have totally shut down due to the virus.

I run a couple of school libraries and we will be using some ebooks from DawsonEra for our online courses. Problem is that I cannot get a DawsonEra eBook to load completely in ADE on a  mac - I get the 'downloading' pop-up, then it gets to the end, the 'Cancel' button is greyed out but nothing happens.

We use ADE for other eBook suppliers and do not have any issue - any ideas? I am pretty sure it has something to so with the file but not 100% sure.
