cannot copy library book to ereader - Adobe Digital Editions

Every time I try to copy a borrowed book from my library to my ereader I get the error "CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED - No permission to copy the book". Digital Editions work just fine before I upgraded to Windows 10.
