Cannot de-authroise my Adobe ID

I've got a major problem with accessing my (purchased) books after trying to change my Adobe ID.  I can now not de-authorise the present ID (which is an incorrect email address.  I cannot open most of the 71 books I have bought in the last year or so on the seller's website as I get an error message sayinbg:Error getting License. License server communication problem E-LIC-ALREADY-FULFILLED-BY-ANOTHER-USER.

 

I have tried to de-authorise the bad email address and cannot because it will not recognise the password which I only got on Friday 12th Feb and which is automatically saved in my Google account.
