cannot download previously purchased ebook

I have 2 users in diffrerent offices.  An ebook was purchased for one of them in March 2014.  Now I'm installing ADE on a different user's computer in a different office.  I've logged in as the original user to ADE but do not see the previously purchased ebook there for me to download to the new computer.  is this because of the amount of time from the initial purchase, or is there something I'm missing?  Can the ebook be exported from the ADE client on the original user's computer and then imported into the new computer?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
