Cannot erase computer authorization

I am using adobe digital editions for school, and I guess I previously had this software because my computer is already authorized. However, it is authorized under the incorrect account, i.e. not my student account. I actually have no idea which account it could be synced up with, I've tried every email and password I have used over the last few years but it's always incorrect. Under authorized users, it reads "29065015531676 | Cloud Library

Please help!
