Cannot get my first Adobe ID working back !

Hello !

It seems I first used an Adobe ID called ...@chapitre.com but I cannot

reset its PWD because I don't receive any message at my usual address.

I created another Adobe ID using that usual address but, because of

that, I cannot read the lately bought books on my Samsung tablet.

Would it be possible to reset the 1st pwd for chapitre.com or merge my 2

accounts so that I can read all my bought epubs on both devices ?

I tried to send another of my addresses as back-up but it still doesn't

work !

Try selecting, "Adobe ID" as vendor

Still does not work as I still cannot reset my password for the account

jaivenois.annie@chapitre.com which was my initial Adobe-ID. It seems I

need both accounts and related passwords to be able to synchronize those

accounts.
