    using windows 10,   message I receive is that the library book I have downloaded to the computer has already been returned or I receive a message that I am not licensed to check the book out.     this only started happening after I upgraded to windows 10 from 7

    I have the same problem with a Library Problem. Its a error with the file itself. In this case the only solution is contact the Library for new Download, so start the time for the eBook again.
