Cannot Open ACSM File and Cannot Delete Authorization

I cannot open an ACSM file on my macbook and everytime I try to open it, I get the screenshot I attached below. I tried to delete the authorization but it failed to do so (ss attached). I even tried to delete it manually, but I could not find the ADE folder nor the activation.dat file. I tried reinstalling and nothing is wroking. Please help.
