Cannot open ADE

Hi. I cannot open my ADE. I have been using ADE on my desktop for the past 2 months and now it is not launching. What should I do?

    Same problem. Adobe does not want to assist, referred me to this forum. I am a Adobe paying subscriber. Not impressed. Does anyone know what to do?
