Cannot open Adobe Digital Edition 4.5

I have Adobe Digital Edition and is running it on Windows 8.1 on a laptop. The system has worked perfectly until yesterday. Since yesterday I cannot open the Adobe Digital Edition. I have cleared my caches and cookies. Please help.

    Has you try right click on Digital Edition and run as Admin?
