cannot open app(adobe digital editions4.5)

in the middle of may, I cannot open app(adobe digital editions4.5) I do help for Japanese customer center but they do not have this solution. I do help for 1 month. I want to solve this problem because I have to read book by homework of school. please do solve quickly.
