Question

Cannot open book, get Copyright message

Hello

I can't access my books on my reader, "this document is protected by copyright" message comes every time.

I can read them on my computer however.

I already watched with Sony (reader) and the problem is not coming from them.

It's been already 4 months that I'm asking for help. Can somebody, please, answer me?

Thank you.

    Hi Delphineb,

As you have mentioned above, you are not able to open the book on your Reader application.

Could you please confirm if you are using Adobe Digital Editions to read your book?

If not, are trying to open the book in Adobe Reader when you get this error message?

Is it an issue with some particular book?

Please provide more information about the issue.

We will be waiting for your response.

    Regards,

    Meenakshi
