Cannot open ebook after reset laptop.

I bought an ebook from emond.ca and as instructed installed adobe digital editions, which worked properly. Shortly, my laptop brokedown and I reset it. When I tried to open my ebook again, a dialog box popped up and told me authorization was needed. It seems I need to enter the proper Adobe ID and corresponding password, but I have no idea about that. I created a new account but it doesn't work. Please help me. Thank you!
