Cannot open ebook retrieved from the library "Hold" shelve.

Notified by library of a book available from my hold shelf. I followed the correct procedures to checkout and move the book to ADE. Open the book in ADE and can read and page it. Click on the book and drag it to my NOOK reader and receive a message that the book has been returned.

If I select a book not on hold and move it via the same procedure, it opens on both ADE and my NOOK.

I was able to download books from the HOLD shelf previously and read them on my NOOK.

    I agree that it happened in an update from Adobe and hope they see this and fix it. I am running  Adobe 4.5. I did reinstall 3 but it came up with a different error.

    I had a similar problem with my Kobo ereader. The only solution that worked for me was to uninstall ADE 4 and replace it with the older version ADE 3. Then download to my new ADE library and sych with my devise. I have since not upgraded to ADE 4.

    This didn't work for me on my Kobo Aura H2O.  I have followed all the directions from Overdrive, downloaded ADE, deauthorized and reauthorized and no luck.    Any other suggestions?
