Cannot open files in ADE 4.5.2

I have a client who cannot open epub files in ADE 4.5.2 on her computer. This is error message she gets:

Unable to open [name of file].epub

Errors were encountered in this item

C:\Users\Irosenthal\Desktop\AAG-BRD_v3.epub

she's tried double clicking on the file as well as choosing Add file to library. She can add the file, but it won't open.

Do you have any suggestions?

No one at my company has any problem opening epubs in ADE 4.
